Exercise is always necessary to keep your breast from getting saggy. Breast Enhancement by natural means is quite hard unless you supplement it with regular exercise. One thing you need to remember that function of the breast is milk production and is mostly made up of milk manufacturing cells and fat. As these cells and fat continues to grow as per age they start to lose the tightness in it. Breast Growth Exercises
We’re going to cover some of the exercises which are necessary for growth of your breasts. You should start with these exercise slowly and without giving much stress to your body and mind. Start with 5 minute exercise and then build up to routine of 30 minute exercise or upto a time which you can spare for exercise. This is one of the easiest chest exercise that you can perform for breast stimulation. You can do this 5 minutes everyday and see the change. Stand facing to a wall and keep a distance of atleast 15-20 inches from the wall. Now place hands forward (shoulder width apart and in line with shoulders) – lean in and then push back to upright (leaving a slight bend in the elbows).
You can make this exercise more difficult by increasing the distance between chest and wall.
Push Ups and Pull Ups
Push ups are quite common and usually safe for most of the women out there. You can start push ups in the gym with the help of instructor. There are some variations of push ups which are good for breast enlargement. If you can talk to your instructor openly then It’s possible that she can suggest you more ways to help reduce sagging of breasts.
Chest Flye & Chest Press
Chest press also known as bench press is relatively complex exercise which involves weight. In case of women, the weight involved is much small compared to the weight that are used in men’s gym. Idea here is to give more stress on your chest.
Chest Flye involves angular rotation of your shoulders which in turn exercises your breasts and neck region. These two exercises should be performed regularly with 12-15 repeatation minimum if possible.
This exercise is a bit difficult and I don’t think it is suitable for all body types. So I suggest you take precaution while performing stretching. You can perform simple stretching exercise if you are comfortable. For example, stretch your arms and place them behind your back. Keep your lower back straight and now lift your chest while raising your hands a little bit until you feel your chest muscles tighten. You can do this exercise 6-7 times per day, morning or evening, depending on your comfort.

Tips on Breast Lift Exercises
- Drink plenty of fluid, as it keeps you from dehydrating.
- Walk or run for say five minutes a day after exercise.
- Start with lowest possible weight and increase gradually upto the point where you find it comfortable.
- Make sure exercise also helps other parts of your body.
- Don’t stop exercise after your gained tightness in breasts. Keep up with it to prevent sagginess.
- Eat healthy food and avoid oily or junk fat food items.
